Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Fairview Fire Media website and the booking of our virtual event services. Fairview Fire Media is operated by TIP TOE CLUB LTD, registered in Scotland, United Kingdom, at 70 Victoria Road, Aberdeen, Scotland AB11 9DS. By using this website or booking an event, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We produce and host virtual corporate events including live game shows, online DJ parties, virtual escape rooms, corporate trivia and custom formats, delivered via streaming platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex. Specific formats, durations, attendee numbers and platform requirements are confirmed in your event proposal.

3. Bookings and payment

  • A booking is confirmed only when both parties have signed the event proposal and any agreed deposit has been received.
  • Invoices are issued in GBP unless otherwise agreed; payment terms are stated on each invoice.
  • Prices quoted are valid for 14 days from the date of the proposal unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

  • Cancellations more than 14 days before the event date: deposits are refunded less any agreed administrative costs.
  • Cancellations within 14 days of the event date: deposits are non-refundable; remaining balances may be credited toward a rescheduled event at our discretion.
  • One reschedule per booking is offered free of charge where at least 7 days' notice is given, subject to studio availability.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate event details, branding assets and platform access in the agreed timescales; to ensure participants comply with the conduct standards communicated before the event; and to obtain any internal consents required for recording or broadcasting your personnel.

6. Technical delivery

We operate redundant broadcast systems and run technical rehearsals before every live event. We are not liable for failures caused by your organisation's platform tenant, participants' own internet connections or devices, or third-party platform outages beyond our reasonable control. Where a technical failure on our side prevents delivery, we will reschedule or refund the affected portion of the event.

7. Intellectual property

All formats, scripts, graphics, music licensing arrangements and production materials remain the intellectual property of Fairview Fire Media or its licensors. You receive a licence to use delivered assets (such as event highlight reels) for internal and agreed promotional purposes. Client branding remains the property of the client.

8. Conduct

Our hosts and moderators may remove participants who engage in harassment, hate speech or other disruptive behaviour during live events. We reserve the right to decline or terminate bookings involving unlawful or harmful content without refund.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the affected event, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and the courts of Scotland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
